  • Easy Returns Process: Simply contact us to start the return (see How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim below). We’ll give you instructions for sending the product back. Please do not send the item without contacting us first.

To ensure maximum protection and to avoid any issues with your electronics’ own warranties, always install and use Sonar Shield products as directed:

  • Follow the installation instructions provided with your Sonar Shield cover or visor.

  • Consult your fish finder/sonar owner’s manual regarding use of accessories. Using our product correctly will ensure you don’t inadvertently void any warranty on your fish finder.

  • Make sure the Sonar Shield is securely and correctly attached before each use. Proper installation helps our cover do its job effectively.

Using the product correctly guarantees the best performance and keeps both our warranty and your device’s warranty intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim

We’ve made it simple to get a refund or replacement:

  2. Follow Our Instructions: Our team will respond promptly with next steps. We may provide a shipping label or address and, if it’s a warranty case, we might request a photo of the damage. We’ll guide you through what to do.

  3. Send Back the Product: Ship the item back as instructed (for warranty claims, include the damaged product). Once we receive it, we’ll quickly process your request – issuing your refund or shipping your replacement right away.
